I negotiated an excellent price with Ryan over email. He was very up-front about all the fees and provided a break-down with the total out-the-door price. Right before I left my house to make the purchase, he scared me by telling me someone else was looking at the car and he would call me back if it fell through. I was worried that this was a tactic to raise the price, but he did call me back and tell me to come get it.
When I got there, Ryan was very friendly and I checked out the car and started on the paperwork. I had gotten my own financing already (at 7%), but he offered to try to get me a better quote. I figured it would not hurt, and told him to go ahead. He came back with 6.25%. Apparently, my credit rating is excellent, especially for a 25-year-old. :-) Everything went smoothly (though slowly; I hate paperwork). My only complaint was that the service dept was apparently short-handed and I had to wait around for 30 minutes for them to program the second remote and gas it up. With a little foresight, it seems like they could have done that in the 90 minutes it took for me to drive over.
Overall, though it was a pleasant experience and I will recommend them to others.
