Showed up at expected time and nobody was there to get us in for service. We were told it would take one hour and we were there for three. The technician that was to take care of us equipment was broke down so they took my car somewhere else. The other repair needed was not correct so had to bring my car to the service department AGAIN! Next, total lack of communication with Auto Sound and they had my car three days. All together I had to take my car to the Springs three times. NOT HAPPY!
