They told us it would take about an hour. We were scheduled for 1:00, we were there at 12:45. We left and came back, and it still wasn't done. We finally left to come home after 4:00. This was the second time we had to wait all day. The first time was when we bought the vehicle. That day we were there from around 12:00 to 4:30. They kept telling us just a couple minutes yet. ALL DAY!!!

And now they found another problem while they were fixing the last problem. They had to order a part, so we'll have to go back again. I would never buy anything from this dealer again!!!
