Fred is terrible, evasive and untruthful. Other employees cover for him, but he's the lead man on service. Also, thru time every repair I paid for had things overlooked by the technicians. Fred throws out fat repair numbers to see what sticks. People are desparate since service centers for RVs have diminished, so the wait list is long, the rates high, and disregard for the customer standard operating proceedure. I'm not going into the details; I refuse to relive the crap that got dished out.
