We just bought our very first new car. We asked to over finance by 2K. When we went to closing they told us that a check would be ready by Friday. On Thursday, they call and said there was a problem. They did not include the over financing at closing, so no check. After almost yelling and crying they gave in and agreed to let us pick up the check Friday evening. So we thought wow, we just got a new car for 2K cheaper. Well it was not until the next scam they tried to pull. 2 days before the temporary tag ran out, they called and said they could not get the financing which we had signed the sale paper for. Know I knew something was up, 3 weeks after the sale the want to change the finance rate? Well more almost yelling and crying got them to tear up the new contract, and agree to keep the same finance rate, and to get the plate in next week. Just think what would have happened to us if we just agreed to there story, we would have lost big to there Spot Delivery Scam!!
