I recently purchased an '05 Acura TSX from Patrick Motors with 30K . Upon picking up the car I noticed that two of the tail lights were out. Driving the car two days later on I-90 the entire car starts to shake so violently it was impossible to keep it in one lane. Upon bringing it to an Acura dealership I find out that all four wheels are bent, and there is damage to the suspension system. Also, I am told that the car was brought in to this same dealership to have a new transmission put in. The service staff at Acura advised me to take this "lemon" back to the dealership and get my money back because there was much information being hidden. Patrick Motors refused to give me my money back for the car (2 days after sale) and at first refused to replace the wheels or look at the wheels or look at the suspension. After much arguing and threatening of lawsuit they replaced the wheels. The car spent 7 days in the shop. One week later the car dies. I am now told that the battery needs to be replaced. Patrick motors is refusing to replace it. It is dead because of negligence on their part of never driving the car while on the lot. DO not purchase from this this dealership, you will regret it!
