I went in for a brake job on my car which needed to be done at a dealer. (I usually go to a local shop). I dropped the car off at night which was easy enough someone called me and the work was done promptly. When it was time to pick the car up I waited in line for 15 minutes to speak to a service rep who then took my paperwork to a billing woman where I needed to wait in line again! On my way home I noticed that my change bin had been stolen from my center console. It probably had $15 in it, but after spending $1300 I was irritated. I made a call to see if they removed it to do work and forgot to put it back. I spoke to a service rep who assured me it would be looked into and they would call me the next day. No one called me back, I had to call them 3 more times just to get them to deal with the issue. They initially blamed it on the towing company, but I delivered the car and locked it myself, then they simply said "I don't know what to tell you". I don't care about the $15 but the fact that they made no attempt to address or rectify the situation, in addition to the fact that someone broke into my car while it was in their possession is enough for me to never go back.
