[FONT='Times New Roman']In August of 2008 i bought a used 2002 Ram. They had the thing listed for $20K, but offered $6K for trade-ins. So, i was financing this thing for $14K. In a step i should have taken first, i found out that blue book was about $6K in excellent condition. So, that's problem #1, over priced. Problem #2 was that the saleswoman was at first nice, then turned into a rude b**ch. I wanted the truck, otherwise i would have told her to go to hell. Eight months later when i wanted to take advantage of dealer incentives for a new 2009 Ram, i reluctantly went back to the same dealership to see if they'd make me happy and give me a good trade in value for the truck. A truck i brought back in better condition. They decided to offer me less than half of what i paid for it only 8 months earlier. I only put 3,000 miles on it. The sales manager was rude too. Wouldn't look me in the eye, or appologize for robbing me in the first place. When i told this story to other sales people at other dealers, they couldn't believe how i was treated. I went to the dodge dealership in Brandywine Delaware. [/FONT]
