We were not given the treatment we deserved after leasing 2 cars from Coral Springs Honda dealership for many years. The salesman was dishonest with us when he knew we wanted our leases to be only for 3 years and we wanted to do the financing with Honda Finace as we had done previously. We trusted the salesman and signed papers to find out they leased one of our cars for 5 years and changed the financing to Fifth Third bank. We are trying to have them honor a letter given to us by the sales manager in which he said that after 3 years we could come back and they will put us on another lease or they will buy the car from us. Nothing of this is happening. What they have done is raise the price of the lease so they can pay the bank what is owed in order to put us on another lease. It is too bad that they are ready to throw out of the door excellent customers with excellent credit, because we will never go back to them or recommend them to anyone as we have been doing. We are planning to go further with our claim
