A lease I had started through Nemith Motors in 2006 had 4 mo. left. I was reviewing my options with the salesman Cory Vista. Without the courtesy of reviewing the wrap up of the previous lease, they led me to believe my old vehicle would be accepted as part of my deal. They asked for the registration, switch the insurance and put me in another lease for a newer vehicle. I drove away thinking that the old vehicle trade been worth enough to wrap up the lease. No mention was made of a bill that would appear weeks later for wear and tear, milage and unmet lease payments.
They must have known that this 3500 charge would have killed their deal with me and help me decide to buy my old truck. This would have cost me 100 less per month, but I liked the security of a new truck and warrenty. I don't know how this salemanager and his supervisor, Adam Field can sleep when they do this to their customers. This is the third deal I have done with them in the last 3 years. Maybe they could have told me to wait till the end of my lease, or secure more reasonable repairs than their guessing.after they quietly took possesion of my old truck.
I understand from other leasors that the review of the old lease was the first part of their sit down with a car saleman in the dealerships they went to. I suggest that anyone should choose another dealership. I know I will.
