Took my Toyota T100 to have two small o-rings replaced in the airconditioning line. I showed the tech where the problem was and what the problem was. I instructed him to simply access and replace two small o-rings and charge the system back up. Nothing else! A job that was to take 1 1/2 hours. turned into 4 1/2 hours. The tech vacuumed the system, fixed one o-ring, charged the system, found the other leak that had been pointed out to him, vacuumed the system down again fixed the other leak, charged the system back up again. He worked on four other cars at the same time,and charged me for every minute. He then came out to tell me that my grill was broken. I went back to check on it. He told me it was like that when he took it apart. I insected the grill and found a fresh break in the plastic grill, not a speck of dirt in the break, absolutly clean. I ask if he was sure it was like that when he took it apart? He just walked away. The quoted charge of $125 and 1 1/2 hours work, turned into 4 1/2 hours and $435 in charges and I got a broken grill as well. Not saying all Toyota service is bad, Just this one. I would not take a bicycle to these people. My complants fell on deaf ears.
