I went to this dealership on a Tuesday night. Wanted to trade in my Hyundai Elantra for a newer Elantra. Salesperson was very friendly, knowelegable, helpful. However, once everything went to the Finance department it all fell apart. I was told that the finance guy had to call my bank in the morning to "talk to someone because my income level was a little low". I thought that was weird since I was already financed through the bank. It shouldn't have been a problem. No big deal though because I was told to call back the next day to find out what was going on (thought it was weird that I had to call THEM). But anyway, when I called...no one knew ANYTHING about what I was talking about. My salesperson was off that day and I ended up leaving a message for Mike Murphy (Sales Manager, by the way) and today is Sunday night and I have YET to hear from him. Ironically, I have what they call "Identity Theft Protection" so if my credit is checked at all by anyone I get an email about it. I got NOTHING, which means that they never even checked my credit! They completely wasted my time. That's okay, I'll just take my business elsewhere.
