Hello,

I just wanted to comment on how we were treated at Ralph Sellers. The salesman that greeted us were great. We were looking into buying a new vehicle. We gave them all our info for them to run a credit report. The Manager is the one who came back into the office to tell us we were approved. They advised us of what we needed to bring in on the next day. We did just that, sat about 25 min for the Business Manager to now come in and say that they were working all day and had no time to contact other banks to finance us. I felt hurt and betrayed. I felt like they should have not told us we were approved and secondly I felt like they should have called us over the phone instead of having us drive 30 min to Gonzales... What a waist....
