Good afternoon Kevin,

I do hope you had a good weekend . That would make yours much better than mine.
I am reading this invoice with the big yellow sticker stating " Our goal is for you to be COMPLETELY SATISFIED "
The answer is I am not . I am actually so irritated that I refrained from calling you Saturday knowing I would blow up over the condition my
Certified Pre Owned BMW was returned to me.

As you already know this has been an ongoing item . The most recent being a few squirts of cleaning fluid in the parking lot to correct the steering
wheel controls weeks ago for which I had requested repairs on prior. You stated "we can spray the contacts and get you out of here".
The squirts of contact cleaner TOTALLY stopped all operation of the steering wheel controls Kevin.

A major concern. The next day after the contact cleaner my rear view mirror is leaking some unknown green fluid into my
11 year old daughters drink. My daughter grabbed her drink and tosses it out as she and I immediately attempt to stop the car and run to try and find towels
only to find when we get back, the fluid has eaten through the shifter boot, The cup holder has been scared and there is corrosive greenish liquid, melted black rubber
and who knows what else all around, In and Under the console as well as on the arm rest and carpet.
Kevin, I know you speak with a lot of people but you should have notes when I called about all these items. I do.

Back to Lauderdale BMW I come and I not only have the original problems but I now have another. A Rear view mirror that has never been a issue is
draining a plastic, rubber, carpet and it seems anything it contacts eating fluid that I have been told is a electrolyte comprising redox reaction promoters
and strong alkali. "That would explain why the fluid was eating everything it touched including our skin when we tried to clean it up."

My car was now in your possession . I received your call and I was understanding that the wrong steering wheel controls had been ordered and that it
would be a few more days. I believed that the extra time would allow Lauderdale BMW to perform the other CPO warranty items .
After all , You were at a stalemate waiting on parts! You had plenty of time to (1) repair the mirror, (2) correct the defective trim and (3) correct the rust spot that has now
come through the bubble I had reported before.

Amazingly enough at this point we are going even further downhill Kevin, I received your call Friday afternoon of May 26, 2009 that it is done .
My car was shown as "promised back May 20, 2009 " I agree to pick it up the following morning. The car is brought out after 25 minutes
wet from a car wash the tires are cleaned but the right rear tire looks like it is nearly flat. Kevin, That was when you told me it was a screw and that you were going to
plug it and pointed out that you usually charge $50.00 to plug a tire but not this time. I am getting more and more uncomfortable about the service if a flat tire could not
be noticed when that exact tire was sprayed with some tire shiner of some sort after it was cleaned. The car was in Lauderdale BMW's possession for over 10 days
and I had a screw in my tire causing it to go flat as I watched that morning. Then Kevin, You hand me a piece of paper and want me to now take it to your body shop
to get the paint bubble turned rust spot fixed.

That is the end of the line . Why wasn't that done when it sat at your repair facility for days waiting on parts.
Why did you mention it might be 3 days to repair the paint issue when I dropped it off but then you did not have the work performed Kevin ?
I am attaching photos that show the other chaos I am enduring. Scratches all over the tray cover . The tinting on the passenger window has three scratches .
Did someone break into your storage lot and vandalize cars or do you have repair people that don't know how to remove trays correctly without
scaring them up or the sense to remove tools from their waist or back pocket when working around tinted glass. Regarding you goal that I receive the best service .
I DIDN'T and my friends and neighbors were fortunate to get a laugh out of that. I assume my clientele will feel the same. I have had a new car every 3 years for the
past 14 years. This time I broke from the norm to go with a Lauderdale BMW CPO and have received the worst service ever.
