[FONT=Arial]I bought a vehicle that obviously had a bad transmission that the dealer covered up during the test drive by telling me where to go on the test drive and overfilling the transmission fluid so that it would not be noticed on the test drive. Dealer did not disclose all exsisting problems with the vehicle prior to selling it. Their contract assumes full disclosure and half an hour after getting it off the lot I found out it disingages the engine at 35 mph, when it tries to shift to 4th gear. When I took it back to the dealer they said that is was probably the overdrive on the transmission and after trying to reason with them they still refused to do anything about it. They also said I could still drive it in 3rd gear. This was the only money I had and now I have a vehicle that does not go into 4th gear and no money to buy a new vehicle. [/FONT]
