Ever since we bought our vehicle, there has been problems, problems, problems. We live in Virginia and we were sold the service program, which we were told was good at any GM dealership. This turned out to be a lie. I contacted the salesman and we were refunded the money, but we were charged $50.00 to cancel it. Then the car was registered in North Carolina and we had to straighten that out, because we couldn't buy tags in Virginia. This car had a lot of problems and has on a very regular basis, been in for repairs. The tires dry rotted and had to be replaced with less than 20,000 miles on the vehicle. Now we find that although we purchased the car on 9/11/2004, your dealership has the starting date of the warranty on April 2004. Although there is not much time left on it, we cannot use the warranty here. We've just had to replace a door speaker at the cost of $156, which I an sure would have been covered under factory warranty. So why shouldn't I be MAD? :x :x :x :x
