I asked for a specific technician, and mentioned at check-in that my appointment was with this tech...however this the service manager failed to mention that I would not have that technician working on my car. I only found out when I asked to speak with the tech...and was then told "oh, you don't want that tech for this problem".... however, I would have liked to have made that decision myself!
Corey Cleaver, the Service Manager (and owner's son) was rude, the paper work did not accurately show what was done during the visit and the parts were 20% higher than when I called (from the waiting room) the parts department at dealership in the city 15 miles over.
Worse, in my opinion, was that they tried to frighten me by suggesting the repair shop that did my transmission work seriously messed up the wiring harness...but when pressed on the issue, could not provide any detail, even when I offered to pay them to write up their "findings".
I would rather drive to another city than EVER trust this dealership. When I mentioned my experience at work...EVERY single person had a horror story of their own (even dating back to the 80s!!!).
Wish I had asked around before I dropped 200 dollars to have a problem NOT fixed!
