I e-mailed this dealership on a car advertised on Cars.com requesting more pictures on the vehicle. I recieved a phone the next morning telling me that I should come on to the lot and view the vehicle. I informed them that the 1.5 hour drive is not feasible without more information to see if this vehicle is to my liking. They told me that they would get back to me with more pictures. Two days later someone different calls me back and attempts set up an "appointment". When I explained that I am waiting for more pictures that was promised by the last Sales Person that contacted me they informed me that the only pictures that can take is the ones posted on their website due to soem contract with their picture taker?!?! Anyway my wife and I called on a Saturday to see if the car was still on the lot and I was put on hold whiled they checked on the car and they came back with a "Congratulations" the car is still here I just looked at it. Can you make and appointment to see the car? I informed them that I was leaving now and I will be there in 1.5 hours to see the car. When I got there I knew it was a mistake the dealership needs some serious TLC, no one greeted us we had to ask for some help and the person we had made the appointment with was out on a "test drive". Needless to say one sales guy told me the car was sold 2 days prior and is there anything else on the lot that I would be interested in? I got up and asked for the GM of the store and some guy posing to be the GM just brushed me off. I left a message for the real GM -whose name I got off of their website- and he has yet to return my call. I have ben waiting for 2 days and counting.
PLEASE STAY AWAY!
