This dealership pressures you to spend more than you can reasonably afford. We selected an $8000 vehicle rather than a $19,000 vehicle and were made to feel like we were terrible people. The owner himself told my husband that as soon as the truck is driven off the lot that any problems are our problem not the dealership. The owner, Norman Solomon didn't utilize the kindness, or politeness that I've shown here. It so happens that the next day the truck has problems with the air conditioning. Now, one week later the air conditioning doesn't work at all. Because of the way my husband was treated during the sale he is hesitant to even call them to ask for service. I will post again after the call is made.
