[FONT='Times New Roman','serif']I bought my first car, an Opel Manta from Joyce Buick in 1974 and a Torrent in 2009. And though we moved to Buffalo in 1976, we were pleased to drive a string of Joyce Buicks and Pontiacs new and used in the time between. Why would we travel three hours to buy a car? A few reasons. Good products; a kjnowledgeable and helpful no-baloney sales force; consistently fair dealing, honest pricing, and trustworthy, well-trained service technicians. Plus, they're funny at Joyce Buick, and they are ready for a jovial conversation whether you're buying that day or not. All these years it's been worth the drive for the improv alone. Also, this slightly eccentric habit gives us a chance to take in an Indians game, hear the Symphony or some Irish music in the Flats, or visit the Museum of Art -- we do love Cleveland![/FONT]
