Turner Automotive Toyota dealership has to be the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I am one of those people who seldom complain about service received and have never written a review on the internet, but after my experience with these people I felt compelled to warn other consumers. I had my car serviced by Turner Automotive Toyota Dealership and what had been quoted to me as a 3 week service turned into a 12 week nightmare. The Service representative Bob not only lied to me outright but misrepresented what was being done to my vehicle. I specifically asked for a list of services not to be performed and not only did they perform them after my specific instructions not to but billed me for it. They would not release the vehicle until I paid their 100% increase in my bill. After speaking to the owner, he assured me he would look into the situation and call me the next business day. After hearing nothing, I was finally put in touch with the service manager Jim Elder who wouldn't do anything either. I would highly recommend not taking your vehicle here for service or purchasing a vehicle from Turner Toyota Automotive car dealer! One word for these people KARMA!
