[FONT=arial]We purchased a CX7 last summer from TIM DAHLE of UTAH and will NEVER go to that dealership again or buy another Mazda. Summary: We agreed on a price, then on the day we were to pick up, sales agent KC called 2 hours before our arrival to warn that we were in danger of losing the car if we didn't come NOW. Distressed, my brother and mother rushed to Tim Dahle. I phoned to ask why they were rushing us, only to have KC's sales partner TROY become agitated and hang up on me - let me repeat...he hung up on me. ROB MEYER the manager didn't seem to mind that TROY had ill-treated me or that KC had used such an egregious and slimy sales tactic of pressuring us (even though we were on our way to purchase the car!). Undeterred, I moved up the chain and spoke with RICHARD, a general manager, who listened to my complaint but didn't give me much confidence of the team. Worst yet, I complained to Mazda corporate customer service, and the "specialist" in customer service told me that, while my experience had been unfortunate, corporate had no control over the independent dealerships, which is news to me since all other car dealerships such as Volvo, Audi, Infiniti, and Toyota are hyper-vigilante about after-sales and service experience surveys by corporate. We will never buy another Mazda -something I have posted with JD Powers, Gallup, and the Better Business Bureau. Avoid TIM DAHLE dealership of Murray, Utah like the swine pandemic!
