I had a great experience with this dealership. I did not end up purchasing because I was waiting to find out if my vehicle would be totalled or not and it was not so I kept it. But if I did purchase a vehicle, it would have been from Jaclyn at Acura of Pleasanton. She was very helpful and considerate of what I was looking to accomplish. She was NOT a sales person, but part of a department who helps gather up information to send over to a sales person....I found this to be very helpful. I would reccomend Acura of Pleasanton, and if your lucky you might get Jaclyn on the phone, very pleasant young lady.
