at first i was treated like a regular customer. However about a week after the purchase of this car i called the dealership to report a vibration and noise from front of the car. I took the car in for inspection and was told I must have had gravel in the tires which was causing the noise.

about two months later I purchased new tires and the vibration grew worse I had the tires and rims re balanced and was told that I had two bent rims. I called the dealership to ask about getting the rims replaced. This is when the run around Begin. My sales person (Gary) has never really tried to get new rims all though he has told me several times that is was working on this. He has dodged my phone calls and never EVER returned them.

I have spent hours over the past ten months trying to get the rims fixed.
I went to the owner of the dealership Lester Raines to try to get this issue fixed, however this man has serious issues when it comes to women. I felt that I was talked down to and degraded by his words and actions.

Over all i would not buy from Lester Raines Mazda again.

One bright note is the Service Manger, Danny who is a wonderful person. He has tried to help me from the start. He I would buy a car from.
