The worst customer service I have ever experienced with any company. From start to finish, the service writers were rude and dismissive. I've had better experiences at the DMV!

I WILL NEVER DO ANY BUSINESS HERE AGAIN!

I love my Mazda and will be buying another one soon. I can guarrantee Bomaritto Mazda will not get my sale, my service or a positive recommendation from me. As this review attests, I will actually go out of my way to steer people (and their money) away from these people.

Seriously - how stupid do you need to be as a company to allow this kind of behavior from your employees when the economy is so bad. I do not expect them to be in business much longer.
