I originally looked at a Dodge Ram 1500. I bought a Ford F150. It was alright until today. I checked my bank account and I was charged another car payment($350.00) I traded the car off at the end of March. That was twenty-seven days ago and the loan has stil not funded. I called the dealership and talked to a finance manager. He tried to blame me fo the error. I called the lender. the lender told me when the loan pay off is sent to pay it off, the dealership will get the $350.00 back. I thought the car would be paid off by now. I was told by the dealership the money would be returned to me. At this point, I am out $350.00 of my hard earned money because the dealership could not ge the loan funded in a timely manner. On top of that, they get the $350.00 back. I would not recommend buying a car from Riverside Chevrolet.....but I do recommend starting your own dealership. They make a mistake and get my money. I buy a truck from the dealership...pay commission to the dealership...plus $350.00 extra.
