At the time of purchase, an air conditioner problem was NOT disclosed before I signed the paperwork. AFTER I signed all the documents, I was notified that the air line needed to be replaced. Nick Funk, the salesman, promised to come and get my car, have it repaired, leave me a loaner and then bring back my car. He didn't have to do that because I came to the dealership and had it fixed. BUT...3 months later, it broke AGAIN and I reminded him of his promise. He wouldn't do it AFTER he received his commission. A dealership is only as good as their service...and theirs stinks.
