Old school crap - refused to give us a price unless we agreed to buy today. Maintained that my purchase decision would hinge on the price - and I would make a purchase within 24 hours. Not good enough - they wouldn't give me a price because we weren't ready to buy. Come back when you're ready to buy. We walked and bought a new BMW the next morning because we liked the price they gave us - has turned out to be the best car we've ever owned.
