My husband and I drove all the way from NC to see a nonexistent F250 the salesman referred to as a real "baby doll", he supposidly had a 2006 crew cab with only 36k and it was priced around $22,000. When we got there we were greeted by the dealership's lot man/groundskeeper, he was a nice gentleman, he tried to call the salesman but could no one could locate this pretend vehicle we had driven so far to see. What they did have on the lot was a 2005 F250, but the price and mileage didn't match. It was a crew cab, but had a large dent/scratch in the tailgate. There was also a 2006 extended cab F250, but the price and mileage didn't match the description the salesman, John, had given my husband over the phone, and I'd also like to mention the paint was peeling off the cab on this one. Neither of these vehicles could be considered a "baby doll", whatever that means.

We left very disappointed. About 45 minutes later we received a phone call from John who had finally made it into work, my husband kept telling John that the vehicle he had told us about just wasn't there, John, the salesman, eventually hung up on my husband. I don't understand, did he expect us to drive all that way and then just purchase whatever they had, settle for some hoopty?

The whole deal was just a waste of time and gasoline. We should have known better. I just wanted to share our experience and maybe save someone else some time and money.
