here's my story,
i went in to get my transmission replaced in my 2006 kia sedona. while i was waiting i went over to look at the cars and see if there were any deals. i was kindly greeted by a gentleman from ohio who was there as a super salesman.(for those of you that dont know what that is they are the people that come in to sell 50 cars in a week.otherwise known as super scum.) I let this man know right from the get go that i was looking for a used car and i could not afford anymore than $250.00 a month. isaid this giving him a little bit of room to up it to mabye $300.00-$350.00. cause we all know they go up not down. anyway he comes back and says"THERES NOTHING I CAN DO FOR $250.00,BUT ICAN GET YOU INTO A BRAND NEW 2009 KIA SPECTRA FOR $340.00 A MONTH. (NOW LET ME TELL YOU IM 28 YEARS OLD AND THIS WOULD BE THE FIRST NEW CAR I WILL HAVE OWNED IN MY NAME. THE VAN IS THE WIFES. ) I AGREED TO THE $340.00 A MONTH PAYMENTS. THE GUY WENT TO THE FINANCE MANAGERS and came back to me and said congrats you were approved for a $340.00 a month payment. i said are you serious knowing my credit wasn't to good.he said yes all we gotta do now is sign. i said ok lets do it. he said we just have to wait for the finance guy to get frred up.finally we get to signing paer work and i notice that the payment says $425.00 so i say "HEY WHAT THE HELL IS THIS ABOUT THAT GUY JUST TOLD ME THAT I WAS APPROVED FOR $340.00 AMONTH PAYMENT. THIS GUY (THE FINANCE GUY THEN TELLS ME "I YEAH DONT WORRY ABOUT THAT THATS JUST YOUR FIRST PAYMENT AFTER THAT IT GOES BACK TO $340.00 AMONTH. ME BEING EXCITED AND WANTING TO GO SAID OK(SHOULDV'E MADE HIM PUT IT IN WRITING). ANYWAY, i get home and go to reg the car and cant because the ass put the tittle app in my cosigners name. iwent back about that and the guy lies to me and tells me i told him to do so. now im on fire im doing evrything i can not to punch this jerk in the face. so i just said what ever and go reg it in my cosigners name. then a day goes by and i get a letter in the mail stating that my payments are $425.00 a month. so i go down there and talk to this guy again knowing hes probrably gonna lie again like the last time. and he did. he told me that i told him i was gonna refinance the car through my bank and thats why he had told me my payments wre gonna go down. thats a bunch of bullshit. because no bank in thier right mind would ever give me aq loan with myb credit. and i dont even have a bank. these scumbag weesles are probrably doing this to people all the time and getting away with it. if theres a way to stop this i will find it if it takes the rest of my life.
