I cannot say enough good things about Price Kia. First, they provide excellent customer service such as giving me the option to wait, offering free rides to and from work or home, and loaning a car for extended repairs. Second, they seem extremely honest. One time, when I thought my battery was dead, they tested it and could find no problem. They were actually reluctant to sell me a new battery because it seemed fine. It turned out that the battery was fine, and I am glad that Price Kia did not take advantage of me by selling me a new battery anyway. Furthermore, they have never tried to foist unnecessary services or repairs on me. Price Kia abides by the maintenance schedule prescribed in the manual, which requires major maintenance only every 60K; this constrasts greatly with the array of minor, intermediate, and major maintenance checks that my Honda used to require. I have had such peace of mind knowing that I had such a reliable and competent service department available to me.
