We drove out to KAW from Lafayette, IN (about 50 mins) to buy a Corolla because Rohrmann was giving us such a hard time giving us a quote online. KAW gave us a reasonable quote via email (and came down a bit when we went there) and a good deal on our trade in (above the KBB estimate and towards the upper limit of the Black Book range, although I'm sure they'll make a bundle on the resale). We dealt with Dan and Troy, both very personable and helpful. The finance guy didn't try to push an extended warranty, VIN etching, or protection packages (aka Scotchguard and Turtle wax).

All in all, a very pleasant experience.

Don't bother with Rohrmann; work out a deal with KAW online and drive out there on a nice day.
