A sales associate could not answer some questions I had & didn't seem to know much info about a certain vehicle. Before a test drive, he had a hard time trying to get keys. While on a test drive the sales aassociate didn't try to promote the vehicle, only talked when I mentioned something. I returned a week later to test drive the vehicle again, hoping for more time on the highway since there was a short amount of time from the previous visit, and to find out other things about the vehicle. There was only 1 sales person on at the time (afternoon during the week), & it was the same sales person I delt with from my previous visit. He said there are other customers he is dealing with due back any moment from their test drive, & could only do a quick test drive with me. I said no thanks, and I didn't have a problem with that. I had a problem whenA Manager looked down upon me when he told me that they limit how many miles go on to their vehicles, & they don't do test drives for joy riding or for fun. I am serious about purchasing a new vehicle & let him know that. My apperance looks few years younger than my actuall age, and I expressed how I felt towards the manager on his comment. He doesn't know me at all. Long story short, the conversation ended with him saying there are other Honda dealerships I can go to that can try and please me if they couldn't. I told him that I would be going to another dealership.
