In first 5000 miles, anti sway bars on both sides popped out and were hanging, Service Manager tried to tell me it was a "Wear Item" and would not be covered under warranty. After I lost it with him he covered it under warranty.
At 20000 miles, I went to Metro to get an inspection sticker and they flunked the truck for insufficient tread on the original equipment tires even though there was plenty of tread visible. Service manager tried to sell me new tires for $500. After I lost it with him he said he would replace 4 for the price of 2. I said no and walked out with a rejection sticker on the truck, went to another inspection station where they said nothing was wrong with the tires.
At 28000 miles I heard a wierd noise coming from the front end. The service manager told me the front hubs were gone and it was a "wear item" not covered under warranty. After I lost it with him he said he would replace 2 for the price of one.
Do you see the trend here? Stay away , they are thieves.
