This was the worst experience I ever had at a Dealer. We told them what we were willing to pay which was pretty close to invoice. The manager we were talking with was just plain rude saying that he wasn't making any money on this. He wouldn't even make a counter offer. We told him thank you and he responded by saying "Thanks for nothing". The guy was a plain jerk and the worst person to deal with. We ended up buying a lexus instead on the very same day with a salesmen who offered 10 times better service.
