After dropping a vehicle off the night before for an appointment the following day I was not notified that my vehicle was received. I called the dealer later in the day and was informed that my vehicle was on its way into the shop. By the end of the day I received a call that they had not even touched my vehicle! (despite booking an appointment days prior). No apologies were made to me by service staff.
After finally getting the repair done when speaking to the service staff they did not explain the repair (or that it may not fix the problem). I requested a $10 discount on a $300 bill because I was inconvienced all week and the staff had not been considerate. Another service member spoke up, telling me they "did not negotiate" and never did that sort of thing. After again requesting the discount I finally, reluctantly, received it. On my way out of the parking lot a technician cut me off to top off my visit.
The service overall was awful. The staff was inconsiderate and rude. Rather than walking in an unhappy customer and walking out satisfied, I walked out furious with the way I was treated. I will never go back!
