Doug, store manager, conducts himself in a highly unprofessional manner. Everything was fine, until we purchased the vehicle. After purchase the things we were promised were not followed through on like up graded floor mats, and 3 free oil changes. When approached about the subject Doug either ignored my phone calls, or was very rude with snippity responses. I will never purchase another vhel=icle from Scholssmann's again.
