I have owned/purchased numerous cars in my lifetime, and this was BY FAR the most positive experience I have ever had! When I first contacted the dealership and spoke with Steve, I didn't know WHAT car I was looking for, I only knew I needed something much more economical with a warranty and needed to roll over a loan on a vehicle that I wanted to trade in.
After asking me questions about my needs and likes, Steve went to work on the task and within an hour had chosen several cars that he felt fit my needs and emailed me links to view them online. I was immediately attracted to one car in particular, and within a couple of hours Steve had everything in place that was necessary to purchase the car.
After work I drove out to the lot to test drive my intended, and was surprised by how warmly and professionally I was greeted. After everything checked out and the car passed my inspection, I was ready to sign the papers. Everything was ready to go and the entire process took less than an hour. I drove away extremely pleased with my experience and purchase.
It is my one year anniversary this month for owning my car - and I am still tickled to death with it. It completely fits my personality and has been a JOY to own. I have since referred two more people to Steve who had the same kind of positive experience as I did. He had a real talent for being able to hear my needs and match me to the right vehicle, and carried that through to the business I sent to him. I am a huge fan of both Steve Bunker and Burt Chevrolet in Parker, CO. and will continue to send them my business. HIGHLY recommended!
