I can't speak for everyone at this particular dealership but the individual I dealt with, a Mark, is basically a bold face liar.
Long story short: I had been looking at a certain used vehicle at the lot, had 8 hours of driving from Macon to Columbus invested in buying this vehicle, the day I went down to purchase vehicle, Mark Bacted like your bestfriend when he casually mentioned that the price was going to be higher than what we had talked about bc of a misunderstanding between staff.
The "things" that were supposed to have been fixed/cleaned hadn't even been attended too. The carsalesman knew nothing about this particular type of vehicle, coudln't answer any questions I asked him first-hand. Tried to pass off all the defects on the vehicle towards the warrany instead of actally having the dealership that was selling the car look into them.

The price we had previously decided on the night before via phone when he said this "i will make it worth your drive down here tomorrow, we want your business and the price will be NO PROBLEM!!
The worst part about it is that the price differece was a matter of a few hundred dollars, but I am person who operates on "a man's word and morals" and am very demanding of cusotmer service, when what we had agreed on was taken from me, I got in my car and drove off.
This Mark guy said him lying had nothing to do with customer service yet thought a mis-understanding between the dealership staff on numbers should be passed off towards the customer for their suffering. When he apologized and said he would do what he could to make things better I asked him to reimburse me for my gas driving down there on a fake promise/LIE!!! He INGORED THIS!
Save yourself time, sanity, respect and find a car dealership that has morals and thinks customers should be number 1, instead of focusing on the $$$ and manipulative ways.
There is a better car out there for me and I am at peace that it wasn't meant to be! : ) Hope this helps.
