Very rude and inconsiderate! Had cash in hand and would not budge on price. Website states false advertisement. They state their used vehicles are in excellent condition and Chrysler certified before they even see them. Had purchased a used van thinking it was certified, after inspection a problem was found and they thought it had been in a wreck. So, Chrysler wouldn't certify it if they couldn't gaurantee it hadn't been in a wreck. I don't want a vehicle if it could've been in a wreck and not certified. The Sales Manager BOB was rude and wouldn't work with us at all. He said "you can come get the van or come get the check." So, I went and picked up the check. He did not apologize or say more than "sign here to show it's been cancelled." This dealership does not care about it's customers. They are greedy, money hungry, shady, crooked people. STAY AWAY!!!
