This dealership is probably one of the worst I have ever visited!!! I am being honest that they deserve a zero in all aspects of their service. I was first treated like I was an idiot from the service guy, then turned over to the service manager who had no clue what was going on and was to scared to make a decision. Then I spoke to the District Manager who told me that my problem with my vehicle would not be covered. So I left there with two broken valve stems on my vehicle and drove to Lithia Jeep and they just pulled it in and fixed it under warranty no problem. I am pursuing a case against Chrysler and Faricy for those faulty Valve Stems so if anyone has had the same problem please email me at kingfish56@hotmail.com
