Personally bought 11 cars from Sloane over 20 years - (4) Accords EX-L V6's (1) Pilot - (1) CRV - (4) Civics and (1) used Nissan. And Recommended people to buy from Sloane and (6) more cars were purchased totaling (17) cars - 7 over the last 4 years. My last car was an CRV trading a perfect condition Accord EX-L V6 - I was treated like a brand new customer - was insulted by being offered almost $2k less than tghe KBB trade-in price and then told list price for the brand new CRV... after 3 hours and walking out of the facility a reasonable price was agreed on and I sold the Accord privately for $3k more than was offered. Ever since Eddie Millan took over the GM position the dealings have been deplorable. I recently went back one more time to buy my daughter a EX-L Civic and wanted to trade her Nissan (bought and serviced only at Sloane) - they offered $500 for a car on KBB trade-in value worth $3k... then to make matters worse their "best" price for the new Civic was list that I could buy on the internet from any Honda dealer. In essence I have personally spent well over $200k in cars and been responsible for an additional $125k... they have lost a good if not an excellent customer until the GM is changed. By the way - the service department is excellent which is the ONLY saving grace about the way the "Front" is managed. I am one pissed of customer and I am trying to find who owns/president/ceo for Sloane Honda as I want to write a letter and let them know what thier pitiful GM is responsible for losing!!
