I stopped in the dealership on my way home from lunch ,to inquire about a 2009 honda pilot. I was shown the available cars that were in stock and given information and left. No high pressure. The sales man called me about a vehicle coming in and gave me a price quote. After considering the price which was rock bottom ,I put money down and bought the car as soon as it came in. I was a pleasant buying experience unlike my past two experiences with my two previous honda pilots at another dealership. After two weeks i stopped in again to find out how some of the features worked and was pleasntly surprised at the helpfulness of the staff,and time they offered just because i was a customer of their dealership. Now thats customer service. Dr. JN
