RESOLVED REVIEW:
The service staff stepped up and remedied a bad situation by sales. Sales stated taht all items in the checklist are fixed before the vehicle is sold, they are not. Service performs the vehicle check, then Sales tells service what to fix/not fix. Service did step up and pay my warranty deductible even though it was Sales fault.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
The only reason I took a Chevy to a Ford dealership was because the extended warranty dictated that I do so if I was in a 40 mile radius. I had to take it in to repair what should have been fixed already by the dealership since it was noted on the pre-inspection sheet. Since it wasn't I had to spend my money and do so. They said it'd be ready the same day I dropped it off. Guess what, it wasn't and they wouldn't provide a loaner vehicle to get home with. Thankfully, Steven was able to stop the work from being finished so that I was able to take it home after all, and bring it back the next day. They then told me of other numerous leaks that they spotted that they somehow failed to think was a problem 2 months or 2,000 miles ago, but that likely been there, just overlooked. I will not take a vehicle back there unless it's for the overpriced aftermarket warranty through First Extended Service Corporation. I've used Warranty Direct in the past, they're fantastic.
