We had bought a car from them before and had no problems. Then we bought a brand new top of the line Buick Rendezvous. After only a few months of ownership, we had a problem with the emergency brake light coming on/off. We brought it in to them, and they told us that we must have been driving with the brake engaged "for days"and had worn out the pads and rotors. They wanted to charge us about $400 to replace them. We refused, telling them that it was under warranty and if the emergency brake was defective, and it ruined the brake pads then GM should fix them. There was no way the brake was fully engaged without us knowing it. They fixed the brake light, but we refused to let them fix the brakes. When we took the car to someone else to have the brakes looked at, they had no idea what we were talking about! The brakes were absolutely fine and did not need any work!! When we called County Line back they said it must have been a "misunderstanding". they totally tried to rip us off for $400 worth of repairs that were totally unnecessary. We refused to deal with them ever again.
Recently we went to trade in that same Rendezvous, and discovered that County Line had taken off the original factory aluminum wheels and replaced them with steel wheels. We never realized that aluminum was part of the original package, and didn't realize they had switched them on the lot. We lost $500 dollars on our trade because of the switch. They are just so dishonest!!!The Chevy dealer told us that County Line had a bad reputation with other dealers. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. THEY ARE TOTALLY UNETHICAL IN CONSUMER DEALINGS.
