Called and harassed my wife and I, after we purchased a car elsewhere. Somehow Barry Brown (salesman @ Trussville Mazda) found out we bought (2) cars elsewhere after he couldn't get in our price range. So after he found this out, he called my wife and said he heard through a "little birdie" that we not only bought 1, but 2 cars, and that the other dealership worked the number on us.
Spoke with a few higher up people that asked what they could do to make up for it, when they tried, they sent me back to Barry Brown and he tried to screw me over again.
The next night, we received a call from the Dealership marketing dept. asking us if we were still interested in buying a car. Well, might seem harmless, but this was at 9:30 P.M. Central Time. I get up to go to work at 4:30 A.M., so you could imagine the pleasure of getting that call.
Would and will NOT, ever tell anyone to go to Trussville Mazda.
