After doing a lot of research over a few months, I finally convinced myself it was time to get a newer car. My online contacts with Clint were friendly and relaxed. He was willing to meet another dealer's price and commit to a specific quote in writing in his emails--something I noticed several other dealerships wouldn't do.

When I arrived, I worked with Pattie, who was friendly and helpful. I had asked to do the test drive without a salesperson, and there was no pressure to do otherwise. She didn't pressure me to make a purchase on my first visit, and she seemed willing to answer questions (although with all my research, I didn't have a lot).

I returned the next day, having decided that I wanted an '07 Fit. My only complaints about the process come from my financing experience. I felt that if I had not been better informed, the price of my car would have gone up significantly. I had to ask about fees that were added for services I didn't want. I had to ask about the interest rate I was being offered (a full 1.25% above what I'd been quoted by a bank) in order to have that reduced. We talked for over an hour about an extended warrenty that I didn't want. I recognize that these tactics are common in car sales, and I was aware that I could expect them, but I found the process draining and it took some of the sheen out of my otherwise sparkly experience.

I would recommend this dealership to friends, but I would warn them to always do their homework first.
