I wasn't able to post my opinion on tonythemongooses post, due to fact fact I kept getting an error page. So here is my opinion of this mess. Here is a prime example of why in the world are we bailing out a bunch of liars and cheats? As a retired finance manager in the auto industry I’ve seen first hand how consumers are lied too and cheated. I was involved in a similar situation involving a dealership as unethical and immoral as the individuals noted above and the dealership was sued about nine months after the fact and the consumer was awarded five hundred thousand dollars in damages for a twelve thousand dollar car. After that incident I left the auto industry and retired and I haven’t looked back. What happened to the dealership? Six months later they went out of business. Every post I’ve read is correct and Schaumburg Kia, the KIA Corporation not only lost tonythemongoose but his family and friends not to mention a ton of new sales due to the posts and boycott. How dumb are you guys! Tonythemongoose paid are larger sum then the twelve thousand some odd dollars the 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible is being sold for now, so Schaumburg Kia and the Kia Corporation you not only lost a ton of sales, but you’ve lost a ton on the car. Who are the dumb ones here? All you have to do is look in the mirror Schaumburg Kia and the KIA Corporation to see your reflection.

Everyone, Thanks for the great input i was thinking about buying a kia before i read tonythemongooses story. Schaumburg kia and the Kia Corporation you guys are criminals and Ms. Ashen you and your associate should no longer be allowed to practice law anywhere in the U.S. I could understand if tonythemongoose did something illegal then i could see everyone involved playing hardball but you guys forged a document and then entered it into a court proceeding. Dealing with federal laws i would have to say in my opinion that constitutes perjury. You guys are either very arrogent or unbelievabley stupid.(Pick One) I will insure I tell everyone i know not to buy a kia from any kia dealer in Illinios. I realize that statement is very harsh but what did the kia Corporation due regarding this matter? Not a thing. Keep the boycott going and let's put these criminlas out of business.Go get 'em tonythemongoose Thank you, Randall

Thank you everyone are boycott of Schaumburg Kia, the Kia Corporation and all their subsidiaries which would also include WillowBrook Ford/ Kia has reached over one million people and counting, not to mention the people we've reached through cardealercheck.com. As consumers we'll either prevail or put these criminals out of business trying. Taxguy i hope you don't work for the IRS or Schaumburg Kia and there cohorts maybe getting audited this year. Thank you carddealercheck.com and tonythemongoose keep kicking ? You know what. Ralphieboy

Tonythemongoose, I'm not sure if you really care anymore, but about two weeks ago I went to WillowBrook Ford /Kia and looked at the 2007 red Mustang Convertible that was taken from you on a prejudicial basis. I only went to insure your story had merit, ( which it does) while looking at the 2007 Ford Mustang Convertible I realized it had a stain on the front driverside seat and a bubble in driverside front interior. Out of knowhere the vehicle vanishes from Willow Brook Ford/Kia, so yesterday I was looking through the auto section in Yahoo and I saw a vehicle with a different vin number yet the identical stain and the indentical bubble on the front seat not to mention the same exterior and interior color and mileage. Coincidence? I'm wondering if WillowBrook Ford/ Kia and this other dealership are playing games and hiding the car by using a false vin number on their webpage? I thought you and your attorney may be interested in this information so you can investigate it further. Thanks for standing up for the little guy.

Dear all Thank you tonythemongoose for sharing your information with me i was thinking about purchasing a Kia Sorrento so I stopped in at Schaumburg Kia. I never said much to there sales people other than hello and I'm just looking. After I left their dealership i thought I might look up any negatives review so I went to cardealercheck.com. I was very honest with Schaumburg Kia when I told them via e-mail that I was interested in purchasing a vehicle from them until I read tonythemongooses post. What really bothered me was there lack of ethics regarding this situation. Mistakes happen all the time but to lie and then enter false evidence in a court of law is just down right despicable. Thanks everyone, Tom

Dear tonythemongoose, thank you for insuring I didn't make a huge mistake. I was going to look at buying a kia at schumburg kia until I read your post. after reading all of these posts it look like schaumburg kia has lost alott of sales from people reading your story. over one car, no wonder why the dealerships and manufacturers are going out of business? If you want to be criminals, then you should be put out of business like criminals. Thank you so much, can I join the boycott?

Dear all thank you for not letting me make the biggest mistake of my life I was thinking of purchasing a vehicle from schaumburg kia until i read tonythemongooses post. i normally use edmunds.com but after seeing that they gave these crooks a three rating even though a consumer post said schaumburg Kia were crooks really ticked me off. I'm sure glad i looked at cardealercheck.com. what is the deal with mikeyp and megan? it's bad enough to be crooks but then to have people write lies holy macro. edmunds.com only works for the dealership not the consumer so i would recommend that cardealercheck.com is the only way to go. schaumburg kia you lost another sale and after reading the tons of positive responses for tonythemongoose you guys lost a ton of sales. over only one car.holy macro!
