Took my 01 Xterra in to the service dept to have a rear shudder / vibration checked out, knowing that it was just my torqe converter. An hour later the tech called and told me that I would need a whole new transmission costing $3300. I asked him what was found wrong with it and he just said that it would be cheaper for me and them to just replace the transmission than to open up the transmission and rebuild. I also found out that the transmission that they told me was new, would actually be a re-built transmission with only a 12 month 12,000 mile warr and they had the ordasidy to charge me $55 for checking it out. I would HIGHLY recommend that you stay away from Nissan of Greenville. I went ahead and went to Eagle Transmission just down the road and was treated much, much better and fair.

This location listed is old, Nissan of Greenville is located in a new facility off I-30 in Greenville. New owners, managers, sales and service. Everyone is customer oriented at the new I30 location.

This is the location that I took my 01 Xterra to, and as far as I am concerned, I will never go back to Nissan of Greenville again. Just my oppinion regarding a really bad experience. I have yet to hear of anyone having a good experience with Nissan of Greenville. Since then, I have bought a new Chevy Suburban and very pleased with the service I get from Chevy. I will never buy another vehicle not made in the good old USA. God Bless America!
