[FONT=Times New Roman][FONT=Times New Roman]We were promised that the repairs would take 1 to 2 days. They had our vehicle for 10 days.[/FONT][FONT=Times New Roman]We were lied to specifically by Kevin, the Service Manager, who told us he got the truck in for repair within 24 hours. When I called about the status, Kevin told me that the truck wasn’t ready because the parts were on order. This was a lie, the work estimate had not yet been approved. 3 days had gone by and nothing was done yet. [FONT=Times New Roman]If you want your service done by unqualified people, this is the place! Every single dealing you will have with Brag Suzuki will be shady at best. You will definitely be scammed![/FONT][/FONT][/FONT]
